Something for the weekend!

Something for the weekend!

We’re always on the lookout here at Dog School Glasgow for potential new venues for classes, and we’ve just been lucky enough to secure one that ticks all our boxes!

From next week, we’ll now be running classes at Mount Vernon Community Hall. Just 5 minutes from the Dogs Trust Glasgow centre, the hall is in the perfect setting right on the edge of Mount Vernon Park, which will come in really handy for taking our training outside – weather permitting of course! -  to add in some new distractions for the dogs when it comes to progressing their skills even further. The inside of the hall is fantastic as well, there’s more than enough space for 6 dogs and their owners.

We’ve just finished a block of Thursday evening classes at Mount Vernon in place of one of our regular weeknight classes as the venue had become temporarily unavailable. These were a huge success and we had some lovely feedback regarding the venue from the owners who attended. Going forward we felt this was the ideal place to do a weekend class, so from 13th August we’ll be holding Sunday morning classes - a puppy class at 9am followed by adult classes at 10am and 11am.

We’d love to see you and your dog join us at our latest venue! To find out more and book in either to our Mount Vernon class or any of our other classes, get in touch on glasgowdogschool@dogstrust.org.uk or 07920 658 653.
